Up until now, you've been working with one of our Chapter Recruitment Leads, Gabe Zurek or Owen Ash, as you've explored the idea of how Templars would work at your parish. As we launch your Templars chapter, I would like to introduce you to our Chapter Success coaches, John and Mark. They're here to guide you through this process and answer any questions you may have. Feel free to call, text, or email - whatever works best for you!

If you haven't already, please take a moment now to add their numbers to your phone and shoot them a quick text with your name and your parish. I'm sure they'll respond in no time.

Every parish is different. Different demographics. Different traditions. Different challenges. The Intro Call allows you to share more about your parish's unique dynamics with your Chapter Success Coach.

The participants on this call typically include your pastor or the confrère responsible for leading the Templars' launch.

Notes:

Selecting confrères is a critical stage in getting your Templars chapter up and running. They are your single-greatest asset in helping the male teenagers in your parish build and sustain a healthy Templars Chapter. The files below will help guide your decision as you consider who to invite to become a confrère for your chapter.

We strongly recommend that you recruit 3-4 confrères. Your Chapter Success Coach is available to contact confrère prospects on your behalf; send the names, phone number, and/or emails to your coach, and he will keep you updated as he connects with the men you've given him to contact.

Once your prospective confrères have officially signed up to serve the chapter, their names and contact information will appear in the table at the bottom of the page.

Notes:

All confrères must complete the safe environment training program recommended by their respective diocese. If not already completed, your pastor will be able to point them in the right direction. Once complete, please notify your Chapter Success Coach. Until safe environment training is completed, refrain from any contact on behalf of Templars with minors.
