The Work of the Order (WOO) Score measures how consistently a chapter is living out the four pillars of its mission:
Serve at the Altar — altar serving in the last 90 days
Build Brotherhood — fellowship event in the last 90 days
Give of Yourself — service event in the last 90 days
Spiritual Growth — retreat in the last 12 months
Completion Score (0–100%): the share of the four pillars currently met. Each pillar is worth 25%.
Consistency Score: a bonus equal to (Completion × weeks the chapter has held that completion score) ÷ 100. Hold 100% for 10 weeks and you earn a 10% bonus. The clock resets whenever Completion changes — past bonus is not banked.
WOO Score = Completion + Consistency, uncapped. Chapters that hold a high completion score for many weeks can score above 100%.
